This mixed-use project was designed for several blocks in downtown South Miami, Florida. In the best tradition of city building, several architects were chosen to design the buildings in a three block area. We were responsible for two blocks. 'Block A' contained retail frontage along Sunset Drive and 57 Court, with offices and apartments above. 'Block C' contained townhouses, live-work units, and a small scale apartment complex. The buildings are appropriately scaled to the context, reaching maximum heights of four to five stories.
